Please review these Terms of Purchase before ordering. By submitting an order on uvexani.com, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.
1. Application
These Terms of Purchase apply to consumer purchases made through uvexani.com. They should be read together with the product description, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service in effect when the order is placed.
2. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, compatibility information, dimensions, and instructions accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen display, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or product improvements that do not materially reduce function. Before ordering, review the product page and confirm that the product, dimensions, voltage or power requirements, and intended use are suitable for your needs.
3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Where the store displays USD, "USD" means United States dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be shown before you submit the order when the information is available to us. You are responsible for reviewing the final order total before payment.
4. Placing an Order
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A binding purchase contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, depending on the checkout process used.
5. Order Review and Acceptance
We may request additional information or decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or an obvious pricing or listing error. We will notify you using the contact information supplied with the order. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will return the collected amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by independent payment services and may be subject to their terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
7. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact service@uvexani.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or dispatch has begun. If an order cannot be canceled, you may request a return after delivery subject to the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, fulfillment information, tracking procedures, and steps for delayed or missing packages are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination. We do not represent that every order ships from the United States.
9. Delivery Issues
Review the delivery address before submitting your order. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or a delivery is disputed, contact us with your order number. We will review available tracking and fulfillment information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner as appropriate. A "delivered" tracking scan will not, by itself, prevent us from reviewing a good-faith delivery concern.
10. Inspection, Damage, and Incorrect Items
Inspect the order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly and provide the order number and supporting photographs or video where relevant. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer where the issue is confirmed to result from our error or a product defect.
11. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, request procedures, return shipping responsibilities, exclusions, inspection, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Do not return merchandise to the business registration address unless customer support specifically authorizes that destination. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions after approving a return request.
12. Product Use
Use products only for their stated purpose and in accordance with all instructions and safety warnings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Uvexani products are intended for household air and climate comfort and are not medical devices. Improper installation, incompatible power sources, blocked ventilation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to perform required maintenance may affect performance and safety.
13. Warranties and Statutory Rights
Any product-specific warranty will be described on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the product. These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory consumer guarantee, warranty, remedy, or other right available under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government action, carrier disruption, customs delay, labor interruption, or major network failure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material order issues where practical. This section does not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve concerns in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any right to use a court, payment dispute process, or consumer remedy available under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
The version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that purchase. We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
