Return & Refund Policy
We want return and refund requests to be clear and manageable. This policy explains eligibility, request procedures, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a preference-based return, the product must generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition with included accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Reasonable inspection that does not damage the product will not automatically make a return ineligible.
2. How to Request a Return
Email service@uvexani.com within 30 calendar days after delivery and provide:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the request
- Photographs or video where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the item.
3. Return Address
Do not send returns to the business registration address or to the address printed on a parcel without authorization. After approving the request, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions based on the product and fulfillment location. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be identifiable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Preference-based returns: If the product is returned because of preference, ordering error, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items: If our review confirms the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following may be ineligible for preference-based return where permitted by law:
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible power use, or inadequate maintenance
- Products missing substantial components, accessories, or packaging because of customer action
- Final-sale or non-returnable items clearly identified before purchase
- Gift cards or downloadable products
These exclusions do not limit remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products or any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Return Inspection
After the authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund is approved, whether additional information is required, or whether another remedy applies. Deductions for diminished value will only be made where permitted by law and where handling beyond reasonable inspection caused the loss in value.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We normally initiate the refund within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by law or where the return results from our error, a confirmed defect, or a materially inaccurate description.
8. Exchanges and Replacements
Where available, a replacement may be offered for a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item. For preference-based exchanges, the original item may need to be returned and a new order placed.
9. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or dispatch begins. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the concern. This request does not limit any right you may have to contact your payment provider or use a consumer remedy available under applicable law.
